PBG GIUDELINES FOR DISCIPLINARY MEASURES (GDM)

Any repeated disregard of the provisions stated in the PBG CODES OF DISCIPLINE AND RULES maybe considered conduct unbecoming of a group  member shall be sufficient ground to subject the member to the following disciplinary measures.

Any member who is proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt may be disciplined and/or dealt with according to the following degrees of penalties:

A. 1st WARNING*
A written notice is given to the violator containing his name, date issued, contents, date covered and the issuing officer or noted by the group Admin.

B. 2nd WARNING (Suspension)* 
The violator is prohibited from attending group GEB's and other group events, forums, updates. The duration depends upon the gravity of the offense committed. Member will be informed before the suspension is imposed.

C. BLOCKLISTED/TERMINATE*
Refers to dismissal from the group membership with/without subject notices.


1. Disrespect group members and officers.

2. Not attending the group GEB's (depends upon the location)

3. Disobedience

4. Using abusive, propane or indecent language against the group officers or other members.

5. Promoting, posting of other groups URL or access using group forums.

6. Threatening group officers or members.
BC

7. Unauthorized socialization and or collection of unauthorized fees from any person.

8. Not posting or uploading of their real pictures or using icons without their real photos.

9.Posting/uploading pornographic photos and videos.
ABC

10. Sexual invitation, posting of sex-invitation.
ABC

11. Posting or using a primary photo which is effeminate look or a crossdresser.

12. Hacking of members to other groups.

Members must read and understand all the provisions stated in the Guidelines for Disciplinary Measures, Agreed to cooperate with the officers in carrying out discipline of own benefit as a individual which is currently membered in the Pinoy Bimale group.
